Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

They have 3-4 residents and someone is there at all times caring for those residents 24/7. 

These are permanent residents.

One thing I will say there is a shortage of is properties that accept a pet (single pet, ie 1 dog)You will see a lot of manufactured housing on this corridor, but there are some older homes needing updates since the parent or grandparent had just passed (just toured a great one that sold for $219k in a week (cash) that was massive but my buyer was afraid of the work & it was easy fix and flip)As I mentioned below, I'm very curious to your style-what makes the right deal for you?

In the past few years I've had some larger tax billed at the end of the year and I'm brainstorming ways I can reduce that burden.If I'm able to pay of our primary residence or a rental property, which should I choose?

-Limits placed on the number of people that can be in the residence at any one time (i.e., no parties, gatherings or additional overnight guests).

OJs main asset shield was his primary residence in Florida, which has unlimited homestead protection.

Sometimes we see large amount of equity in a primary residence that can be borrowed against, even in 2nd position if it has a great rate that you don't want to lose.  

Switzerland does impose some restrictions on foreign and non-residents buying property but you can still buy and several members of my family actually own property there.

I also currently live with my parents which helps a lot.
