I live in PA and there are prety strict sellers disclosure laws . protected for upto 2 years 

They seem to be registered or have a mailing address in Pennsylvania, but I can't locate them.

However, keep in mind that in some states including mine (PA) that you get hit with property transfer tax twice.

Since you are on the other side of the country, you may not have considered that PA is filled with many micro markets as well within driving distance of Philly.

PA is especially interesting, south side of Waverly with Eichlers at 2 mil lol.
