I won't bash them too hard, because once in a blue moon there are actual deals you can come across, but having a second filter/eyes on the deal can really be great insurance against buying a dud.

It's so freeing when you open your eyes to how much better your business can be without them lol.

I'm going to put this on a list of leading indicators/warning signs to keep an eye on.

However, if new tax legislation is passed, it could extend or change these rules, so keep an eye on any updates. 

Something else that caught my eye in one of the replies I received.

I do know there is no point worrying about something that is out of our control other than making sure you aren't over extended and if you have places you are thinking if selling in the next year or two-try to keep an eye out.I've leased cars where after 3 years it had lost almost 50% of it's new price.

Some posters eyes will open up when they realize you're doing just what the Columbus Cartel is doing but trying to be the victim and sly about it.I'll wrap it up on here too. 

From what you describe I think you are fine and keeping your eye on your portfolio loan to value is key for my comfort. 

You will also need to keep a close eye on the price per property requirement that any lender would require to make sure that one (or two) don't get bounced.
