I composed all of this, as well as many of the minor things, in a well-written document, then emailed it to the President last night.

The  buyer has to pay for or comes out of my pocket I find it odd that the house would have to be all decked out with music playing and incense.

Some like loud music, loud phone talkers (like me) people that pace (like me again), people that don’t like others studying / looking at them, lack of privacy, safety / security.
