I hadn’t thought about the risk of expanding my portfolio by having multiple properties over leveraged, although that seems to be a growth strategy that many use,  I’m not sure it’s one I’m comfortable with.  

Weather it's helping with a fix and flip or mowing multiple rental properties' lawns, I've been around my parents real estate journey my whole childhood.

The sooner you use a system like this, the easier it will be to keep track of it all when you have multiple properties. 

Because you gotta have multiple exit strategies. 

I am sure there are people who did it, even on this forum I saw posts by multiple users who claimed that they were successful doing this method.

It is increasingly more difficult to pay of even one mortgage when you are cashflow negative, let alone multiple.

I'm currently flipping properties in my backyard (SoCal) and have the liquidity to fund multiple projects.
