Am I misunderstanding the term "slum lord"? 

I was basically blackmailed into rescinding the eviction and saying it was a misunderstanding in order to actually get rid of nightmare tenants, the kind that you worry will burn the place down.

Glad to be apart of the community and apologize if I am misunderstanding any of the real estate concepts I brought up. 

I think the issue here is that you seem have a fundamental misunderstanding of what the courts are responsible for.The courts (judges) are non-biased interpreters of fact and law (findings of fact, conclusions of law).   

It would still have to be segregated to get every advantage.I'm a partner with a boutique cost segregation firm this is a common misunderstanding.

@Corbett Brasington I might be misunderstanding what you are asking here but I do no rely on a sq ft multiplier. 

@Patrick Erdman Either I'm misunderstanding what you're wanting to do, or you're misunderstanding the how-to of a sandwich lease. 

You misunderstand how the insurance works.

With two agents there will a ton of back and forth communication which can lead to a misunderstanding or something that could hold up progress.
