“Milestone Payments.”

There were some great graphs in one of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce digital publications showing how diverse the economy is here (available for free online).Having said that, it'll be interesting to follow the long term economic impact of the inaugural LNG (liquefied natural gas) exports of the US starting this February/March at the Sabine Pass port by the TX/LA border and other upcoming ports. 

Attached is a very simple graph to show you why one of my underwriting criteria has been the sub metering of water. 

I've written many posts in the past months about many of our milestones, so I feel like there's no need to rehash, but I did want to make sure to share this wonderful moment with everyone.Whether you're a lurker, a new member, or one of the long-time site contributors, we'd love to hear what the site has meant to you and your business.

I know a stock market decrease does not necessarily equate to a housing correction but have any of you looked at the Dow or S&P stock market graphs of the last 40 years?

Did you run an analysis, deal rate, scored the effort it takes and ran it against the cost, plotted a graph, and in the same graph plotted the same analyses for DMM, cold calling, driving for dollars, SEO, Facebook marketing and PPC, and then when you scientifically analyzed it concluded that bandit signs was the best way?

What I see right off the bat is too many inputs and not enough graphs.

I'm going out on a limb here and guess children come with thousands of incredible moments and milestones that are, at least in the minds of my wife and I, non-negotiable to be a part of.
