If you are interested in taking advantage of the next market down turn it is catch 22.The caveat being I will be liquidating within the next 7-10 years so parking as equity is a higher risk for me perhaps.

Most of the time you talk to people overseas in customer service departments, the defective item sent back in takes weeks to get to the warehouse or it get's lost at the warehouse etc.
