That spirit of honest intellectual inquiry and back & forth discussion is sadly waning.I understand why, as a custodian or TPA, one would give the conservative, belt & suspenders advice. 

DON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE ON HERE UNLESS THEY ARE FAMILIAR AND HAVE EXPERTISE IN YOUR EXACT AREA OF INQUIRY IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
