It's probably something that rides on top of the inflation but not very likely to double or triple your initial investment opportunities for sure.

I have not yet bought a note as they have been slow to roll in (I am particular about performing first position) and there was a hiccup initially with my setup but i have seen a few come across in the past month.

I hear if you fail it could take weeks for them to come back out so I just wanted to better prepare for that initial inspection and what to expect and also, any issues before then.  

(This is why most IRA accounts use the initial FBO "for the benefit of") That is why you can't easily get to the money and have to pay taxes upon withdrawing it.So, if you invested in real estate, and created some cash flow, the money MUST go back to the custodian and the IRA.

.- Converted to a rental in 2024; initially rented for $4,750/month, but tenants moved out, and the soft Bay Area rental market has made filling it challenging.

Also make sure you understand everything about adding an ADU including value of the ADYPU, financing, impact from rent control, duration between initial expense and initial income, true cash flow (know the 50% rule, at 50% rent ratio initial property tax will be near 20% of income)- educate.
