My focus has been on cash flowing real estate and have purchased an indoor storage facility, a horse farm, a two tenant retail building, a mobile home park and other commercial and residential properties.

Garage is 2 stall with a workshop but both doors need replaced and the walk-in door as well.  

The units are separated for electricity, but it has a separate meter for outdoor security lighting and indoor hallway lighting which I see as a very good thing as in Massachusetts the Tenant/Landlord laws are incredibly strict and tenants paying for common space utilities is a big no no.

North Denver Metro Area - Boulder County (except Longmont) or Broomfield County or Westminster, Arvada, Northglenn, Thornton area.Must accept me and my two well-behaved, female, spayed, indoor-only cats who have no litter box issues.It's not quite a black fly in my chardonnay, but trust me, I appreciate the position of being on the other side of this transaction for the first time in 23 years...  

Shouldn't cost too much to have one installed and I've seen them sold with do-it-yourself kits.Otherwise there is always kerosene heaters although I think the ones sold in Japan are safer for indoor use.

So we have been keeping her indoors and she hates it.
