Not to mention that the speach is recorded and they play it for you while you think person is on the other side (I found out by accident because I had a question during the speach, recorded speach didn't stop even I was trying to stop him multiple times) :( Sad but true. 

You cannot blindly message individuals on BP advertising services.

I would echo this, it is a great REIA and the best place to find local, like-minded individuals and resources.

Here's a question for anyone who wants to play.

It depends on where you want to live, income, personality, and other factors.You could buy a large home and rent out the individual rooms to cover expenses, but this comes with problems.

The tenants enjoy using the interface, it is simple to communicate with them as a whole or individually, collect rent payments and see when they are in transit, offer CC payment options at tenants expense, track maintenance request, share documents, and lease the property.Short comings are their financial portion.

The entire goal is to help you / individuals like you who are interested in a finding an agent who works with real estate investors.

Also keep in mind that if the concern is lawsuits, they can still name you individually in a suit and it is just another battle.

Umbrella insurance will never come into play for Property damage (fires, storms, floods, etc.)It is liability coverage only.I'm an insurance agent and have seen umbrella claims from fatal car and boat accidents.
