I should probably be downvoted for saying this, but the reality is in most (if not all states) the courts are really looking for violations to security deposits, inappropriate living conditions, illegal stacking.  

They have the right to evict home owners for anything they deem inappropriate.

They fill the property with inappropriate tenants in the months preceding the sale.

Only that you fall outside the safe harbor and it may be reviewed.Where people get into trouble is when they inappropriately account for income, expenses, take depreciation where the use has been too great etc.  

(The exception is when its an inappropriate time to call, then read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent)

If you felt that it is now inappropriate, why not delete it....and if you claim it is not inappropriate, why would you bring up when you wrote it?

If I had enough money, I would diversify that into multi family, mobile home parks, maybe self storage in appropriate markets, etc.

It is up to the recipient of a message to decide if they feel it is spam or inappropriate.
