Curious to hear what resorts in general you are most impressed with either based on your personal investment or your clients. 

A quick Zillow search will show some impressive value, particularly at the luxury end of the market.

My impression is everyone thinks costs are up, more and more people are fine with renting right now, and those that want to buy new homes aren't in as much of a rush.

For me personally, and the impression I get from listings in multiple areas across the eastern and southern areas, and open floor plan is still very desirable… but I understand how the long narrow house on the long narrow plot with a kitchen at one end and all the “rooms” in a long line… well, I just think it looks awful.That being said, I am actually on both sides of this question, really.
