With the election over and the New year approaching ,its a waiting game for that extra 1/2 or full point to come down.

The pumper are trying to lure the last FOMO to enter the remaining stage of the game.

A large part of me feels guilty for playing in this win-lose game that the establishlent has set up that makes people rich while at the same time sidelining others.

I know we all get caught up in the frenzy and the excitement of large deals and great cash flow, but there are no get rich-quick schemes in this game. 

I genuinely believe that creative finance can be a game-changer, especially in this current market where traditional lending is tightening up.Looking forward to connecting and learning from everyone here as well.Joe

Unless you bought RE a few years ago, created equity via successful BRRRR, flip, or do a combination you're just playing the appreciation game.
