Assuming the permit has been issued, I would imagine in a state such as CT you are located in a municipality that would at minimum require a licensed contractor to associate with the permit for the sole purpose of listing the municipality as a certificate holder under the insurance policy.

Technically a SF, but we have an ADU on the property that we live in and rent out our main house.I love the fact that my tenants are paying most of our mortgage and if you benefit from those duplicating expenses in traveling healthcare, I'd imagine it will enrich you in more ways than just your tenants covering your costs.

Each unit in teh building has their own master water shutoff valve, so I can't imagine it will be that difficult to get some hardware + automated billing system through someone.
