You might just find that both of the stormwater drains just need a good clean (sort of like when your bathroom drain gets clocked with all that sticky, guey hair that needs to be pulled out from time to time). 

There is a chart that tells you how much oil is in the tank by inches ,you dip the tank , measure and thats the gallons .

Detroit was 90% dependent on Domestic Autos.If you followed the Charts on Ford, GM and Chrysler, you would have seen that they were declining for an awfully long time.

And the interest rate is a hair lower for the same cost. 

He doesn't do MF, but he's a great guy, off the charts on integrity and honesty, and has been there forever.
