I think that has been the hardest part for me also is figuring out where the opportunities in the market and then determine what would fit with my investing strategy.I've looked at the AirBnB boats also out in Garrison and then some of the retail & restaurants littered along Duvall, White, & Green St.

I'm in contact with the seller of a package, a few stores, a restaurant, and 15 residential units.

I would be tempted to give my 7 year tenants a parting gift card to a restaurant to enjoy during their stressful move.

The deal is a percentage of sales lease with a widely known class A franchise in the restaurant/food industry (sale lease back).

I haven't seen "self-contained" communities, i.e. communities where most of the jobs are local to the community, e.g. teachers in local schools, workers in local restaurants, etc. ever "boom".  

There are plenty of suburbs in Cleveland with great commercial and retail establishments, awesome restaurants and amazing school districts people love to rent in.

It has 4 luxury cabanas a suite, restaurant, bar, swimming pool with jacuzzi and swim up bar. 

We are looking at a duplex in an up and coming area in SLC, UT that is near a great park, close to downtown, and starting to see a lot of restaurants and stores coming into the area.  

., or 2) purchase a business, more specifically a restaurant; I have a long experience in restaurants and hotels, in order to more than make up for our income.

I'd look at properties that would work well for "entire space" listings - close to sites and attractions, safe area, bars/restaurants nearby, etc.I expect once our AirBNB listing becomes more seasoned, we'll be clearing our mortgage by well over $1,000/mth - providing more cash to fund future real estate deals.
