And I couldn't find much discussion of this in FB groups, BP, or online, so thought I'd try to get a thread going to see how everyone is setting up their accounts and the pros and cons.

Check out Cincinnatireia they are a huge REI group in the SW area.

Hi Ritu - Look into meetups in your area (meetup.com and local Facebook groups are great places to start).

Try networking locally with real estate groups, investor groups, rental owner associations, a local REI, etc.
