Many would argue that you'd have to locally manage and roll up sleeves to deal with highest cash flow markets.

@Don Miller, it's been incredible to see the state and federal pull together and roll up their sleeves and do the work.  

Or roll up your sleeves tell him your glad to clean it up no cost to him and do the work yourself.

I super admire your willingness to put your heart on your sleeve and open up your thoughts, fears, and goals for the future.
