So, unless you are an SEO manager, I think that's a tough road to go down. 1:1 link exchanges go against Google's guidelines and best practices so I wouldn't advocate for that. https://developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials/spam-policiesMost one-size-fits-all all SEO companies are going to want to spend a lot of your management fee doing work that real estate investor-focused SEO companies don't need to do.

You might be able to find some materials online but you gamble on the quality.In my case this is what I follow:- Construction material locally so we quickly can resupply - Flooring locally (I find better prices and service this way)- Plumbing locally (I bought online for my first remo and quality was really bad) locally are more expensive but I don't gamble anymore as plumbing is something that is always a time constraints to complete and continue other works.- Electronic fixtures like fans, etc online.

I think ADUs for househacks are the future for young professionals, and most of the conventional/govt lending guidelines were updated late last year to support this.

I see from LA RSO guideline documents that "The rent level on a rental unit, after the family member or resident manager terminatesoccupancy, shall be restored to the rent level prior to the eviction, plus any automatic increasesthat are due.
