I've tried to buy numerous MLS listed short sales and never had one of them come to fruition.

As well as the chance you might need her assistance in some manner if the deal comes to fruition, and you can compensate accordingly.  

I do have some experience with commercial remodeling, but if it comes to fruition, this will be my first residential build.

It is likely that at least in some markets this will come to fruition since Zillows main source of revenue is selling leads to agents, and those agents control the local MLS and can with hold the idx feed from the MLS to Zillow.

If they understand basic project management principles they will vet deals better and be better able to bring them to fruition from start to finish. 

My guess is it's likely Amazon does pick Atlanta based on the research but I also know predictions sometimes don't always come to fruition..

I hope that BP played some role in your making this deal come to fruition . . . even if it didn't, I'm psyched to hear about your success.

I give up...t this point I'm just hoping the Anti-Speculation Tax doesn't come to fruition.

The only way this will come to fruition is with a hard money lender.
