I want to grow a rental portfolio that can take me down a path of purpose and my family to a place of financial freedom. 

I know very seasoned flippers miscalculate or get cocky because they've done a ton of deals and wind up losing tons of money.I would figure out what you are good at, have a passion for and gets you to your ultimate goal (financial freedom, generational wealth, quitting your W2 etc) and work towards that sooner than later.A good place to start in Orlando would be networking with other investors that are local.

I'm 20 at the moment but ive been in Real estate over a year & im going to achieve financial freedom before i turn 24. 

I want my freedom and time back.

They were severely wounded and lost limbs fighting for our freedoms.

My goal is to create financial freedom and generational wealth while being able to express my creativity through fix and flips.

The whole appeal in REI was to maybe create a small business on the side with my spouse as a way to: eventually secure supplemental income, start building equity in RE and maybe creating a small business together in RE that would help us obtain financial freedom after hearing how risky things can be, I’m trying to learn: what are other RE investors doing to make money despite the risks around home repairs, vacancy, additional expenses (i.e property managers), etc.

I wanted to get into MultiFamily investing more than anything to be able to quit my 9-5 and start my journey to Financial Freedom.

While my current job, which I was promoted to six months ago, pays well, I still feel like I'm not achieving financial freedom or enough time for myself.
