I had one were we did not get to it for a while 6 months or so it was just boarded up.. when i went to sell it wholesalers were going through it said it smelled bad.. one of them finally went down to the basement and found a corpse that had been for quite a while. scared the heck out of him..

Going from a $232K purchase to a $575K sale is no small feat, especially with a full excavation of the foundation and reframing involved.I’ve got a buddy who tried something similar outside San Diego last year.. he had to reinforce the entire property with a new slab and rebuild the interior layout from scratch.. definitely not for the faint of heart, but his final sale price turned heads in that local market.

The time for them to negotiate the price was when they got the appraisal done-they didn't, so too bad.Two choices-take the $5K and relist with a new realtor or negotiate with them for the $24K they are short.

Regarding remote activation, my advice is first time you do this, make yourself a folder, save all the channels there, make sure you are sharing your folders via your browser of choice for easy access on the goGood Luck
