I get that.If your not actually in the industry doing transactional bizz every day then I think its very lonely being a rental property investor you have a very limited sphere your working with  IE maybe an agent to acquire and then lender some contractors then either PM or tenants.

The credit bureaus report your score once per month, not every day.

I get fresh leads everyday by posting quality, non commercial contemporary content on a daily basis.  

Losing more with WWC every day.  

I’m on the mls every day in this area just to make sure I’m in tune with what’s going on (we own several in this area and I’m semi-local).

Bigger pockets postAccording to Biggerpockets stats https://www.biggerpockets.com/stats , over 1000+ new members signup every day and at the time of this post, they have 1.6 million+ members.Jump onto Facebook and I see lots of investor groups in the 50k - 100k range but nothing larger.  

But for vanilla every day deals we look at short.. now this is deciding if we are going to loan on it or not..

I get emails everyday and calls from lenders ready to fund next deal.

Just look at the news every day, insurance cost is definitely going to continue to go up there.

I worked a couple hours every day to get it going & then quit my job later.Some of the courses focus on mail.
