These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

The training sounds interesting, however, I'm skeptical.

If you have sat in on Ari Newman's "How to Use the Financial Calculator to Structure Better Deals" training session, what feedback can you provide?

Whether it is asking the questions of the work order manager of the prop mgr or the owner when you are at the property (many multi families owner is still onsite) you can build rapport and swing a deal if you are trained....  

I know of no other real estate training organization has a track record like that.

Whether it is the trained and licensed professional in real estate, inspection services, septic, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc..... we need them so organize them in your target area and jump in...  

All around Jackson, Conway and North Conway you can find some great SFR's, Townhomes, and smaller cottages that get a lot of traffic 365.You have 5 main Mountains to Ski/Snowboard/Tube plus lodges all in that area as well as a great off the beaten path town filled with coffee shops, Bars, Restaurants, Ski shops, Outlets, Mall, and a  Main train station that goes all the way up into the White Mountains. 

Its investing on training wheels.

Calculator only favors 1 person in my experience... only way to be fair is price check the materials and look at labor numbers basically kinda gotta train yourself to be a gc calculate it on your own and shop gcs till one fits your #
