We use quickbooks, premier, but any QB will work.

For me, spending a few hundred dollars per month on becoming a Zillow premier agent has paid off big time.

If you're putting in offers below list price then you honestly shouldn't expect a response.Another issue I've found in Miami is that half the agents do not speak English.
