I’m in the learning stage right now.

We are in the early stages of planning our new build for a 10 bed / 10 bath facility (with extra rooms for caregivers).

It is also shouldering an elementary school as well.

Hey @Ryan Tongue - at this early of a stage any well known bank that offers business checking/savings should work.

The experience gained and the equity built can set the stage for future investments and a secure financial future.

I am genuinely curious but would guess he would not at this stage of his RE investing path.My belief is most value is to be added on highest cost asset.  

I'm not at eviction stage yet, I have evicted tenants before. 

STR's require immaculate staging, marketing, and appeal to younger, high-earning audiences who will happily pay $300-500 / night for a "unique experience".

Those people get excited about creating an awesome guest experience, they love to nerd out about revenue management, photography, staging, and other parts of the business so they get really really good at it, and they have jobs that allow them the time to manage themselves (and this doesn't have to be a lot of time btw).
