Were the room dimensions not listed or the square footage to give you an idea of the size? 

While there are a couple MLS' that will reject photos for the dimensions being too small, I have never heard of the MLS software checking the picture metadata for the device it was taken on.

The house is almost 100 years old, so the 2x8 floor joists are true 2"x8" joists (not nominal dimensions).

Very easy to replace since you just need dimensions!
