Hello,New to BP, great site with lots of info to digest.

I do not want to limit myself too much, but at the same time, there is so much information out there to digest, I feel my head start spinning when I think of all of the possibilities of what I could do!

It isn't mold you smell at all, but gasses released by molds as they digest cellulose.

They want you to digest their code of ethics etc and then another class to orientate you on how to use the MLS.

There is a lot of material on wholesaling on BP so it will take a bit to digest but it is well worth it.
