Thanks guys, I kinda figured we'd leave the day/time TBD until we get enough members to figure out what works best.  

One relative was in a group home and she had schizophrenia, she was fully functional in the community her group home had basically some daytime supervision and 4 residents living on their own.

The daytime population is from tourism and convention goers, even Panera pulled out of downtown a couple years ago.

If mixed use means retail then get comfortable with obtaining local economic data, specifically daytime population, income, age, demographics 1,3,5 mile radius.
