@Brian Chen I use rentometer and rentrange nearly every day.

You can view their review counts to give you a rough idea on the bookings and note what their weekend/weekday pricing is to give you another form of comp.

So I would continue to hold the property - but I would be sure not to miss the ability to exempt the gain - so be sure to sell within 5 years.  

@Steven Cornell think of this scenario, what if you have a turnover and your cleaning lady quits that day.

The lot is paid off and deeded to our LLC, but lender will not do conventional loan to LLC for the remaining financing so we'd need to take out a loan in our personal names. 

Let's put this into some context: Let's say there is 12 million illegal immigrant's in US today.
