I think for at least one of mine (it's been a long time) it was just a letter that my commander had to sign, basically saying I was in the military, behaving myself, and the Air Force wasn't trying to actively kick me out.

Generally, I would be tree trimming once a year to cut back any branches hanging over the houses because of potential damage, but also because of insect transfer.

Assorted things.Realistically, on a triplex that's not fully rehabbed, without assuming tenant damages I'd be factoring in roof, flooring, HVAC at minimum on nothing more than a 10 year cycle (5 is safer).

They don't really care so much about facts, reality, what's good or bad, they just want a giant damn snickers to cram in there pie-hole, and to feel guilt free when there doing it.Now before ya-shake your fist in the air over the collective stupidity/insanity of it all keep in mind, these are the same kids that we all decided to raise where nobody got 1st, 2nd or 3rd place anymore, no-no-no, we said that would hurt feelings so we decided regardless of actions EVERYONE got a medal, the exact same medal.
