Brand new to real estate investing - I currently have 1 3/2 ranch in good market  (Greensboro/WS/ Highpoint) used for furnished medium term rentals. 

We’re looking to increase our lifestyle through the decrease in housing and built a little passive income medium term. 

What a great find, though - a single family turned into basically three streams of income, assuming you get an ADU permitted!

I'm confused why would you say that rental income is taxed in an IRA?

I'd also add to that that you are paying a 20% withholding tax on gross rental income. 

VA loans are the only loans that allow this, and there is no rate penalty for it no longer being your primary home.With that in mind, you could do a cash out refinance today at a higher rate than current market rates which will create profit on the loan, we can take that profit to pay for your closing costs.

I am looking into REVA Global and Steller Staff currently because my best leads come from people who have VAs doing cold calling for them.

Incomes are having a hard time keeping up.  

I am seeking recommendations on how to network with investors and find those who may be interested in coming on as a joint venture/partner.
