I like Le Petit Chat Bakery at the corner of Waikiki/Wall and Whitworth Drive or Genesis Coffee Company (at Genesis Church) on north Nevada between Chuck E Cheese and Winco.

My capital is tied up in that home and I have a vacant property sitting there not being used and the demand for short term rentals decently high in this city, a concept tested by other 1bed/1bath small cottages.

I am interested in purchasing this property and putting a MIL cottage on it for my parents. 

They work great, are quick and inexpensive install, and are really good for our market where we often renovate little beach cottages and don’t want to run ductwork.
