Add the fact that you're basically by you're private beach there, you have all the sporting activities, food and your flight included and you get to meet people.

Ultimate respect is given to the school janitor, the fast food worker, and the residents of the mobile home park because they are probably better with their money than mom and dad.My kids are given a lot of advantages, including nice vacations, a large house, and a good public school education.

Food cost, Insurance cost, Drinking cost, eating out cost are all going up.  

I'm not sure it is worth it to fly in, spend 2-3-4 days in a hotel, rent a car to view properties, buy food, etc.   

Are you going to be providing the services for assisted living: nurses, caretakers, cooks, etc?

I'm in the NW burbs -- but Will, Cook, and DuPage county all have REI meetups.

If one of those guys relapses and cooks meth it will be really bad and not only will everyone have to leave but you won’t ever be able to sell the place atleast not for fair market values .

Many people in the area use these deer for their food.

What else do you need once you have good food and great weather and a sandy beach. 3k is certainly a good feeling and someday if you choose it could grow with less debt if you did nothing else.
