Sounds like maybe the communication problem from what I can garner in this thread was between your agent and you, unless you are contending that the replies he screen capped and posted here were faked on the quick.

It does seem I should be focusing more on the surrounding Orlando areas.Brevard County looks like that would be a great contender.

In terms of "getting work done on the house" (what homeowner, not even an investor, hasn't had to contend with...), that is something better spent "experiencing" outside of college academics.

If the tree is healthy and falls, it's still considered an act of God and the part on your property is yours to contend with.

If you're just starting out, I wouldn't contend with it.

I had been told by my RE agent it was too far out to be a strong contender, so I guess I have some more due diligence to do as far as location and vacancy.

Before the webinar I had read a local article about a law suit a restaurant was contending with because their parking lot had a more than a 2% grade.

In just the last 2 weeks, Amazon has named Indianapolis has one of the top 20 contenders for the 2nd headquarters and FedEx has announced a $1.5B expansion of their hub there which is FedEx's 2nd largest hub.
