When we moved to suburbia we were confronted with a gas insert fireplace.

(I am not a smoker) This is especially bad since I am having to stay home more often due to the quarantine.I confronted them several times about this but their behavior has not stopped. 

Further, my 2 other non-confrontational tenants in that home aren't exactly helping.

She doesn’t wish to confront neighbor any longer as he has ignored her previous concerns but I also question if I should get in the middle of it, when she planted new plants without my permission.What can I legally hold neighbor accountable for?  

I reach out to the realtor associate to confront her about the issue.

@Monika MickuteShe is probably a non confrontational person so I would text her her options. also in the text let her know that once filing of eviction starts her ability to rent somewhere else is going to dramatically going to decrease. be empathetic and speak to her about the potential of her kids not having a place to go home to. hopefully this thought will provoke action to call you and help resolve the payment plan. 

In fairness, it was a generic question so I should have expected a generic response..I've since read the Book on Tax Strategies, and I feel like there was some additional things that I could have been doing..not necessarily the CPA's fault for not knowing/offering the same info to me, but I can't afford to leave any money on the table here.The only reason I'm asking the hivemind is I want to tread lightly because I respect this guy; he reached out to me and gave me an hour of his time when my wife passed to help me get stuff straightened out..but I also want to feel confident that he's going to be giving me recommendations tailored to my situation.I was just thinking of asking if he knew about self-directed IRAs as a kind of litmus test..anybody else have any non-confrontational questions that I could use to see if I should still use him?
