Richmond is a wonderful place to live,  4 seasons, low cost of living, tons of events/concerts/breweries, and 2 hours from DC, VA Beach and the mountains.. but investing for cash flow, not so much, IMO there is just a lot more money by expanding your search outward.

The building is on main street within a growing community and faces the town courthouse and a park where concerts and festivals are periodically held. 

We were in Detroit Friday night for a concert and it felt safer than many parts of Atlanta (where I'm from).

I played a concert there for the Community Concert Series folks a few years ago.

So, when we get on here are write stuff, it's like getting on stage at a Led Zeppelin concert and speaking......that's scary!
