Since you spoke of DM needing to evolve how is your web presence ?

They've gone out of their way to welcome our tenants and get acquainted with them, which benefits them and us.I suspect that HOAs' online presence is only going to grow and become more beneficial as time goes by.At the end of the day, an association dues payment is just another expense, which has to be incorporated into the calculations.

I am personally not bothered just by their presence but it would depend on what the issue is.

The begin to promote all the free ads, posts, forums, directories, social media, etc.This will allow you to setup a foundation for an Internet presence without breaking your wallet.

As you can see we've got a strong presence in the DFW area!

Is waiting until I have finished creating my on-line presence (website and FB) the wrong way to go before I start marketing to motivated sellers and absentee owners.
