Only for commercial properties, or also for residential?

Hi All,  I have ten properties in Lufkin, including a small commercial building and a short term rental. 

Most commercial investors are looking for a 6 to 10% cap rate return.  

Where the title company is also the escrow company and Attornies do not do closings generally speaking on low end SFR type deals.If your buying multi million dollar commercial many times buyers will engage an attorney in those I just closed on last month like that I was a principal  and my wife was the Broker.

We're looking into some CRM solutions as well to manage private lenders, commercial lenders, deal funnel, etc.

Hello BP,I've been working as a Gov contractor providing Cloud Engineer services for a while, but my true passion is commercial real estate.

I think 1 commercial loan is way more pain than 1 sfr, but 10 commercial loans is way EASIER than 10 SFR.
