I am looking to do something but a bit hesitant with the up front fees especially given the limited upside and risks involved in today's market. 

The Commercial Loan Officer I am working with comes up with a Loan Amount of $336,000 (Total value is $448,000) because of the low rents.

I dont need to pick up illegal day labor at home depot . 

Don't give up on the dream -  this is just part of the business.
