I work in a medical clinic doing drug screens for a refinery for their contractors.

Home to Cleveland Clinic and multiple other big companies which brings in employment from different industries2.

Most of our customers are in the medical field, primarily traveling nurses/doctors, since we are minutes away from several hospitals such as Cleveland Clinic (Main Campus) and University Hospital (Main Campus).I am the primary handyman when I am home and one of the people who manages the property in case any of the residents need anything.

That said, we're a bit particular with where/what we want which might pose challenges - detached house w/fenced in yard somewhere in City Heights (wife's clinic) and North / NW (I don't have a job yet, but it seems like most medical device jobs are up in Carlsbad (I'm an engineer for a medical device company).

They were doing research on a use for us on a Vet clinic that was a possible purchase by one one of our clients.

@Rich AcriHi Rich,In my opinion cats make way better tenants than dogs because:-- they self clean (no stink rubbing off inside the unit), -- self bury their "by-products" (no STINK outside the unit),-- do not bark all day (no annoying noises to annoy neighbors who will call you to complain),-- use a litter box (less likely to have floor damage than dogs); and -- "There are no Pit Cats--Only Pet Cats" (unlikely to eat the neighbors children and cause a legal issue for the property owner).As long as they are fixed (there are low cost Cat fix Clinics in most areas) they tend to not spray the walls.Good Luck!
