Says this is according to Fannie Mae requirements.I explored seller financing but she wanted prime +1% and full asking price and was not able to convey existing furniture to me... so it was less attractive to me.We'll see if it sits on the market, and comes down in price and I can then make another offer.Thanks again!

So it's been a while, and I'm beginning to get a pretty clear picture of total costs, as well as projected room rates and expected income, so I thought now would be a good time to start throwing some numbers out.The total cost paid out of pocket to Homeroom, after the purchase of the house, will be around $24,818That includes about $8,480 for various purchases including furniture, appliances, kitchen stuff - dishes etc , smart locks and thermostats.
