@Joshua D.Hey Joshua, I remember as of your last post you were stacking serious cheddar in RE and complaining that other people were pissing and moaning that you were making them rich.

The summit lived up to it's billing as no guru cheese-ball selling and junk.

Maybe a Rainbow white bread, Baloney and American cheese sandwich, miracle whip not mayonnaise, with a couple or three butter pickle chips, not those damn tangy pepperchinies.

The only assets they have is $10k and good credit.Personally I’ve always found lifestyles members to be total cheese bags.

So I see every one asking what to write on a yellow letter so I won't.Howevr I will ask a question about it coming from the other end.Every guru, swears by it and recommends it,  write I want to$ BUY $your house.....Me personally I find this cheese and not genuine.

Although I agreed with everyone's feedback that her proposition was slimy, I thought I would give it a try and told her I'd give her $2000 if my offer was accepted.In my mind I was only taking my maximum allowable offer and reducing it by $2000 to take her commission into consideration.Let me tell you what the $2000 cheese got me from the rat.
