Even crime in US is much higher than just name any country in Asia.The one that we need to be very careful is currency really because if that country has deficit, their currency would less value more and more.However, the other country currency could be good as well.

The government deficit is so high that the only way to pay off the debt is to stoke inflation, so that the government can pay off its debt with dollars worth less, in purchasing power, than the dollars the government borrowed.All said, regardless of short term variations I believe the major trend will be higher price tags for property and rents, and a declining ratio of debt to value over time for whatever properties you hold.My plan is to take the long view, keep looking for good investments in good areas, and sell properties in areas that legislate or regulate in a manner that tells you they don't value what you bring to the market.Good hunting.

Rental income from 4 BR probably won't cover the mortgage, taxes and maintenance, but you could claim rental deficits, mortgage interest, depreciation and other expenses against your personal income because it's an investment property (check with a real estate accountant).

The ONLY way a country can do QT is only when real economic growth is in huge expanding, if their ISM is going for growth then yes do QT, but a country that's on deficit budget they can't do tight QT.Today, the 10 year yield of Vietnam is lower than US , I still don't understand the level of idi**tic policy that this country had.

B-class in this market is more expensive than most investors realize...Columbus is the 14th biggest city in the US with a massive housing deficit and a population growing faster than ever anticipated...Columbus is in a better financial position than many other comparable cities because of it's diversity...the point is its a popular market and prices are rising sharply.
