I've been getting interested in the Indy market so I've just been browsing Zillow and bouncing off listing prices to the C rated neighorhoods in a recent blog post I saw.

Keffer Realty does a good job and has a good online interface as well.

@Russell Brazil so you're telling me that everyone who browses the MLS on a daily basis has a pre-approval in the pipes constantly and gets another pre-approval every 90 days? 

I know it probably varies depending on the street and the individual house too but as a newbie without a lot of experience what would be some good numbers to quickly run the numbers on properties as I browse through the MLS?

I have been browsing and studying a ton of material here over the past month or so.

However after watching pod cast and browsing forums I don't really think that is the best option anymore. 

If this is still a problem, you might want to either make sure that you have the latest version of Chrome, even though this isn't really required, and/or delete your browsing history.

As the title says, I've been around a while browsing the forums, listening to the podcast (as well as about 10 other real estate podcasts), reading books, etc. 

Just happened to stumble upon the movie browsing Amazon Prime.

During the past several months, I have become highly interested in REI and have gained a wealth of knowledge by browsing this site, reading through forums, listening to podcasts, etc., and figured it is finally time that I jump in.
