The issue is always trips me up vis a vis wholesaling is branch between @Jamie Rost's step 6&7.

I have no need to branch out to look for another hosting site.What do you mean by control the bookings?

Even at my rentals where tenants are responsible for lawn care I will clean up any large trees or branches that fall. 

In most trades, you can work for 2 - 3 years and branch off and do your own thing. 

Once I'm to a point of contracting out altogether that obviously won't hit me as hard - which in all reality it may be a while before I feel comfortable enough to branch that far out.

They have less than 10 branch offices and they keep all their loans in house, so they can be a lot more flexible than other banks.I called and visited 30+ banks before I started working with them, so I’m sure you can find one in your back yard. 

Then branching into flipping or buy n hold for cash flow..
