I figured I would bounce my plan of of BP, in case I was missing something, or maybe someone had something that would give me a better edge....

Lately the ones that are moving around here are bouncing around like bees.

For a price drop you usually have to get a sellers signature for that.I wouldn't have done it by e-mail.When sending they could never receive it or it bounced from the companies server.

You can bounce ideas off of each other and get feedback or suggestions for improvements before even reaching the implementation stage.

Maybe it's just a dead cat bounce or maybe it's a real recovery, who knows.

I think a good CPA that *you* are comfortable chatting with & bouncing ideas off of is a key part of your business, just like a great attorney, or a great plumber.

They will see your seller so they will likely bounce the deal and it will happen very late in the process.

In that case I think that sound like a very good idea but as for me I'm not the type to bounce around.
