It seems there’s BiggerPockets fans and Pace Morby fans out there!

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.

It usually sinks in a lot more when I experience it versus just hearing it in a book or podcast.

With EPIC theme park opening in a few months, this area is seeing bookings pick up, but it is a very competitive and crowded market.

I'm not a fan of flipping simply because I hate paying taxes when I don't have to.

I just want to make sure I do everything by the book.

Left me feeling like a basically have a retail/fulfillment person on my team so I'm a big fan and would recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're in a similar position as I was: Needing to furnish an STR quickly and cost-efficiently. 

Hi @Kenzer Hodgson to @Sarah Kensinger's point above, I'm not a fan of so many people spreading legal advice/insight on the forums, but at least it's better than Instagram/Facebook and YouTube. 

STOP READING BOOKS, I say this 100xs a week :)  ITS ALL about numbers, that's it!!
